RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:

All sales are final.

If your item is defective/damage upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once you have filed your claim, please contact us with images of said damage. If an item is repairable, we will make arrangements with you to repair or replace your item. You have 48 hours to report any damages once you receive your order; failure to do so may result in not getting your item exchanged or repaired. We will NOT exchange your item if it  is not in its original condition.

Exchange Policy:

You will have up to 7 days to contact us for an exchange. If the product is sent back used, damaged or not in its original condition you will not qualify for an exchange.

Cancellation:

All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
